Kelly: Brod what is the benefit of taking Juice Plus+?
Brod: Kelly let me start by asking you a question. Would you drink a freshly squeezed fruit and vegetable juice?
Kelly: yes!
Brod: Why?
Kelly: Because it’s good for me.
Brod: Excellent! But what exactly about drinking fresh F&V juice is healthy?
Kelly: I’m assuming the various vitamin and minerals they contain?
Brod: Allow me to elaborate. The practice of juicing has long been recognised as an efficient way to break down the cellulose and semi-cellulose - plant fibres - that effectively release the thousands of protective plant chemicals into an aqueous solution. This procedure could be thought of as pre-digestion. Even when we chew our foods it is nearly impossible to break down all of the plant fibres where these delicate nutrients are so tightly bound.
